Wind Turbine Technician - Wind Turbine Installation Projects

Rotation: Project Dependent
We are partnering with a leading international wind turbine installation contractor to recruit experienced Wind Turbine Technicians for multiple onshore wind projects across Europe.
We are seeking technicians with proven Enercon installation experience who can work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and erection of Enercon wind turbines
- Perform mechanical assembly and electrical installation activities
- Assist with unloading and inspection of turbine components
- Carry out tower, nacelle, generator, hub, blade, and E-module installation activities
- Read and interpret OEM manuals, work instructions, lifting plans, and technical documentation
- Complete installation reports and project documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with site safety procedures and quality standards
- Support less experienced technicians and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience installing Enercon wind turbines
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical installation background
- Experience with turbine erection and commissioning activities
- Ability to work at height and within demanding construction environments
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety-first mindset
