Job Title: Offshore Superintendent

Location: Papua

Type of Vacancy: Contract (Rotation Schedule)


Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years relevant oil and gas experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role.
- Familiarity with construction activities on moored vessels, including management of approximately 50-100 construction crew members.
- Advantageous: general knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques, air diving operations, equipment rigging / lifting / handling, welding / NDT.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
- Clear commitment to safety, operational excellence, and timely project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and oversee daily offshore construction activities on the barge.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and marine operational standards.
- Manage crew assignments, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and client representatives to achieve project milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the offshore team.


Work Location and Schedule:

- Primarily offshore with remote onshore site assignment as an option.
- Short assignments in office for coordination and meetings when required.
- Rotation period:
- Offshore: 56 days on / 28 days off
- Onshore: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
