EI&C Discipline Lead

Residential/Rotation: 4 weeks on site/office, 1 week off (rotation)
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 10 hours per day

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control discipline on the project.
- Act as the technical focal point for EI&C matters across the project.
- Review engineering deliverables for electrical, instrumentation, and control work.
- Coordinate technical interfaces with process, mechanical, piping, civil, and other disciplines.
- Review contractor and vendor designs for compliance with project requirements and relevant standards.
- Resolve technical queries, RFIs, design changes, and site engineering issues.
- Support the integration of electrical distribution, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design and constructability reviews.
- Monitor EI&C engineering progress, identifying risks or delays.
- Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Requirements
- Significant experience in EI&C / E&I engineering on major industrial projects.
- Previous experience as an EI&C Discipline Lead, E&I Lead, Lead E&I Engineer, or similar senior role.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, field instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
- Hands-on experience with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and equipment/package interfaces.
- Strong multidisciplinary engineering and contractor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of relevant IEC, EN, and European engineering standards.
- Experience supporting projects through all phases: engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Background in steel, mining, process plants, chemicals, oil & gas, power, or other heavy industrial projects preferred.
- Fluent professional English (spoken and written).
