Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other similar disciplines relating to upstream oil and gas from a recognised university.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced in operation and execution coordination.
  • Experience in material, vessel mobilisation/demobilisation, offshore and onshore operations coordination.
  • Valid IMDG certificate or PMP or Certification in Transportation and Logistics.
  • Computer literate, including SAP and Microsoft products.
  • Good command of the English language. Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority.
  • Self-starter with strong self-management and ability to work without close monitoring.
  • Resilient under pressure, both internal and external.
  • Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall coordination of the EPRS Division RSS management system and availability during daily working hours, with standby at night for potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situations.
  • Update currently activated RSS and follow through until completion. During normal operations, coordinate EPRS stakeholder meetings, engagements and improvement processes.
  • Maintain and monitor EPRS RSS Management System and repair execution plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organise, attend and participate in EPRS stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes to all team members.
  • Document and follow up important actions and decisions from EPRS meetings.
  • Prepare necessary PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, workshops and other ad-hoc requirements.
  • Monitor daily progress of EPRS projects, determine project changes and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support as needed and undertake EPRS project tasks as required.
  • Support EPRS Engineers in developing project strategies and ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Assess EPRS project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Track EPRS projects from goal setting and planning through to completion.
  • Expedite contractors and internal EPRS personnel deliverables to ensure milestones and schedules are met.
  • Prepare, maintain and update project/work schedule charts to coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of contractors.
  • Ensure field presence and supervision of vendors and contractors for effective and efficient execution within schedule. Ensure QA/QC, HSE procedures and Permit to Work requirements are in place at work sites.
  • Review and manage department training requirements and coordinate all mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including arrangements for personnel.
