Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall coordination of the EPRS Division RSS management system, maintaining daily availability and standby at night for any potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situations.
- Update on current activated RSS and follow through until completion.
- Coordinate EPRS stakeholders meetings, engagements, and improvement processes during normal workdays.
- Maintain and monitor EPRS RSS Management System and repair execution plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organize, attend, and participate in EPRS stakeholder meetings, including distribution of minutes to all team members.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from EPRS meetings.
- Prepare necessary PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, workshops, and other ad-hoc requirements.
- Monitor the daily progress of EPRS projects, determine project changes, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support and undertake EPRS project tasks as required.
- Support EPRS Engineers in developing project strategies and ensure projects adhere to frameworks with proper documentation.
- Assess project risks and issues, providing solutions as applicable.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling project goals and objectives.
- Keep track of EPRS projects, initiating goal setting and planning through to project completion.
- Expedite contractor and internal personnel deliverables to ensure milestone schedules are met.
- Prepare, maintain, and update projects/work schedules charts to coordinate contractor mobilization and demobilization.
- Ensure field presence and supervision of vendors and contractors for effective and efficient execution within schedule.
- Ensure completion of QA/QC, HSE procedure, and "Permit for Work" requirements at work sites.
- Review and manage department training requirements and coordinate all mobilization and demobilization activities, including arrangements for personnel.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar discipline related to upstream oil and gas from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role.
- Operation & execution coordination experience.
- Experience in material, vessel mobilization/demobilization, offshore and onshore operations coordination.
- Certificates: Valid IMDG certificate or PMP or Certification in Transportation and Logistics.
- Skills:
- Computer literate, including SAP and Microsoft products.
- Good command of English language with ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority.
- Self-starter with strong self-management and drive, able to work without close supervision.
- Resilient under pressure, both internal and external.
- Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues.
