Subsea Delivery Manager
Location: Paris, France (with missions to Suriname)Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract

Duration: 1 year minimum, up to 4 years (renewable for the duration of the project)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the completion of SPS system fabrication, testing, and support hand-over to relevant project work packages, ensuring efficient aftermarket service as required.
- Demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding H3SE, implementing all relevant rules and requirements within your area of responsibility and complying with required H3SE training.
- Promote and enforce company ethics and anti-corruption policies.
- Oversee troubleshooting of major and non-routine technical and project management issues related to engineering, qualification, fabrication, and testing of subsea equipment. Investigate problems, propose mitigation or remedial actions, technical solutions, and action plans in line with technical requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance against project KPIs, identify project risks, and ensure development and implementation of risk response action plans and capitalization of potential opportunities.
- Promote, track, and support the implementation of action plans with technical leaders, discipline engineers, and contractor teams.
- Liaise with other project work package teams (such as drilling & completion, umbilical/flowlines/risers, and field operations) and corporate specialists as needed.
- Support qualification, testing, tooling, and tie-in activities, ensuring timely completion in line with project schedules.
- Work with project control teams on technical evaluation of change orders and consolidation of claim/counterclaim dossiers, including preparation of technical documentation for partner and concessionaire approval.
- Support interface follow-up activities and contribute to their resolution across all work packages and contracts related to SPS.
- Assist with mobilization of SPS equipment and tooling for integration, onshore operations, and offshore installation.
- Report areas of concern to the Subsea Manager.
- Gather lessons learnt and provide feedback as required.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of SPS-related company rules, specifications, international norms, and standards.
- Comprehensive understanding of SPS engineering and operational challenges, with the ability to investigate, diagnose, and propose technical solutions for SPS and related installation and operational requirements.
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in project roles and full expertise in SPS and UFR equipment engineering and fabrication.
- Strong communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, organizational ability, leadership, and the ability to put issues into perspective.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and multicultural project environments.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Significant SPS engineering and technical experience in large-scale projects is expected.

- Periodic missions required to Paramaribo, Suriname, and SPS contractor factories.
- Project context involves a major deep offshore oil development aiming for high technical quality, H3SE standards, and minimized greenhouse gas emissions.
