SHES Division Manager (NFW - Site)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, safety, health, environment, security, or engineering.

Knowledge and Experience

• 12 years' experience in SHES (Safety, Health, Environment, and Security) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant SHES management systems and programs.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (greenfield and brownfield work).

Technical and Business Skills

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Able to effectively manage a large workload.
• Inventive, with the ability to bring new ideas, methods, and procedures to meet project objectives.
• Strong teamwork and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization.
