Job Description
Drive delivery excellence across EPC DT by ensuring predictable outcomes, transparency, and strong stakeholder alignment across a product suite.
Consultant will act as the bridge between product, business stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring clear priorities, effective coordination, and continuous improvement in how value is delivered.
Scope of Work
Lead delivery across a product suite within EPC DT, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, risks, and progress
Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions
Optimise delivery flow by improving ways of working and embedding continuous improvement across teams
Support product suite-level planning, including prioritisation, sequencing, and capacity management
Provide transparent reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
Manage delivery finances, balancing cost and value realization
The role may include the traveling activities to support related delivery or transformation initiatives within and across the product suite.
Location:
The consultant is expected to perform the services in connection with the client's Warsaw operations. The consultant may request to attend client´s offices where reasonably required to support project delivery, collaboration, workshops, stakeholder engagement, or other business needs.
The frequency and timing of any onsite attendance will depend on the requirements of the engagement.
These arrangements may be adjusted over time based on business and project needs.
Remote work in a different country than the one listed in the requisition as "location" is NOT allowed, unless expressly agreed and approved by client Services Procurement, and may cause immediate termination of the WO.
Requirements:
Experience
6-12+ years of experience in delivery, programme, or project management
Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments
Experience working across both agile and project-based delivery models
Delivery & tooling
Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and risk handling
Experience with delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps and collaboration tools (e.g. Miro, Microsoft 365)
Ability to translate business goals into clear delivery plans and measurable outcomes
Stakeholder management
Proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations at multiple levels
Comfortable working with product owners, teams, and leadership across locations
Domain understanding
Familiarity with Engineering, or holding Engineering degree is an advantage
Communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create clear executive summaries and delivery reporting
Personal skills
Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-driven
Empathetic and collaborative, with a strong ability to build trust
Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment
