Working Location: South East England (Site-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and continuously improving EAM / CMMS systems across planned and corrective maintenance workflows
* Maintaining accurate asset registers, hierarchies, and criticality classifications
* Optimising preventive maintenance schedules and work programmes to improve asset reliability
* Supporting maintenance planning, campaigns, and outage activities
* Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure asset data integrity
* Supporting spare parts strategy, inventory management, and maintenance planning alignment
* Producing reports, dashboards, and KPIs using relevant data and reporting tools
* Analysing asset performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Supporting system upgrades, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience working with EAM / CMMS platforms
* Background in industrial, process, or operational site environments
* Strong understanding of maintenance strategy, asset management principles, and reliability
* Practical knowledge of plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, and rotating machinery
* Strong data and reporting skills
* High attention to detail with excellent communication skills across engineering and operations teams
