SAP BW, Datasphere and SAC Consultant

6-month contract, starting as soon as possible, with possible 6-month extension
Key Responsibilities
- Backfill an existing team member and support ongoing analytics, data modelling, and reporting activities, with primary focus on SAP Datasphere and SAP BW.
- Contribute to maintaining and enhancing existing SAP BW solutions.
- Support transition and integration activities involving SAP Datasphere.
- Enable reporting and dashboard requirements in SAP Analytics Cloud (considered an advantage).
- Ensure continuity of delivery across business-critical analytics and reporting processes.
- Support ongoing transition, enhancement, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, ideally including:
- Data modelling
- Views
- Spaces
- Data integration
- Connectivity concepts
- Good practical knowledge of SAP BW, especially in:
- Data modelling
- Transformations
- Data flows
- Queries
- Reporting objects
- Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible mindset, learning agility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and delivery needs.
- Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as support, enhancement, or transition-related activities, is considered an advantage.
