Quantity Surveyor (SPIR)

Working Location

Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Plant environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all variations, additions, measurements, and related cost activities within the project scope.
  • Monitor the submission of additional and variation forms.
  • Review and process additional and variation forms daily, coordinating necessary approvals from internal stakeholders.
  • Consolidate all measurement sheets, variation sheets, and related documentation.
  • Secure necessary approvals for all variation sheets and additional job forms on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless progression of work activities.
  • Provide additional data or reports as required by project stakeholders.
  • Perform and verify measurements wherever required.
  • Act as the primary contact for all cost and measurement-related matters within the project.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Minimum Diploma
  • Experience: At least 10 years overall, with minimum 5 years TA Planning experience in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas Plants
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Project and Primavera
  • ERP Skills: Proficient in SAP PM module
  • Language: Fully fluent in English
  • Other: Must be experienced with SAP and familiar with industrial maintenance and turnaround activities
