Lead Subsea Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to deliver subsea engineering projects for clients.
- Lead subsea systems design to relevant codes and standards.
- Oversee the development of subsea engineering digital tools.
- Support proposals as well as project delivery.
- Manage deliverables including design calculations, analysis models, specifications, and study reports.
- Manage interfaces with flow assurance, process, technical safety, and risk.
- Plan and prioritise work for a team of Subsea Engineers.
- Mentor and develop other engineers.
Requirements
- 12+ years' relevant industry experience.
- BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent).
- Extensive subsea experience in upstream oil & gas.
- Consultancy background.
- Design experience across pipelines, risers, subsea systems, and cables.
- Integrity management experience including fitness-for-service, integrity assessments, and life extension.
- Project management and project controls experience.
- Chartered status (or working towards) preferred.
- Offshore experience and certification beneficial.
