Ruya Hook Up Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all offshore preparation and construction activities related to the integration and hook-up of the EPCIC 13 Contract.
- Represent the project for all subjects related to the Offshore Hook-Up Campaign and act as the main point of contact with the contractor.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of the offshore campaign, ensuring clear delegation and responsibility within the team.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and compliance with HSE rules, providing advice and technical support as needed.
- Motivate team members to achieve high-quality results while respecting safety, planning, and cost objectives.
- Analyze and resolve issues during preparation and execution phases, making decisions in the best interest of the overall project.
- Ensure management decisions are understood and enforced on site.
- Monitor the performance and resource levels of the supervision team to secure project activities.
- Coordinate daily with stakeholders and participate in coordination meetings.
- Interface with other contractors to coordinate and prepare work at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Provide quantitative data for progress reports and ensure coordination with the onshore yard for any rework activities.
- Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries, and tools.
- Review and approve method statements and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
- Assist contractor with hook-up preparation, including design optimization, work packs, job cards, material lists, and working procedures.
- Follow up on planning and ensure adequate resources are mobilized for offshore campaigns.
- Monitor contractor performance, work schedule, and progress, and participate in daily progress meetings.
- Maintain good relationships with contractors while ensuring project objectives are met.
- Monitor contractor's labor resources and construction schedules, ensuring all activities are planned and resourced appropriately.
- Prepare and participate in close-out reporting.
Requirements
- Associate's or BS degree in a technical field, or extensive natural gas/oil industry experience.
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, inspection procedures, and construction work sequences for Well Head Platforms.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in similar projects.
- Good knowledge of international codes and standards, including AWS and API.
- Conversant with engineering and structural drawings, including general arrangement, building marking plans, isometrics, and P&IDs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficient in standard office software for word processing, spreadsheets, and email communications.
- Capable of proposing project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Work Schedule & Duration
The role oversees hook-up and integration works between Q1 2027 and Q2 2028, including preparation for associated offshore campaigns and formal close-out.
