Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors
* Drive maintenance performance, safety, and compliance standards
* Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, shutdowns, and planning
* Work across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
* Use CMMS systems to plan, prioritise, and track work
* Support plant improvements and reliability initiatives
* Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety requirements
* Support reporting, scheduling, and resource planning
Requirements
* Background in instrumentation or electrical (NVQ / Apprenticeship level)
* Experience in a supervisory or lead technician role
* Strong knowledge of plant maintenance (mechanical, electrical, C&I)
* Experience working in energy, process, or industrial environments
* Understanding of ATEX / DSEAR / hazardous areas
* Experience with shutdowns, maintenance planning, and CMMS systems
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
