Treasury Manager

Role Summary
An experienced Treasury Manager is required to lead treasury operations, liquidity and cash-flow planning, banking relationships, financing, and financial risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong GCC experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, within a contracting, construction, or diversified holding-company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead treasury operations, including liquidity and cash-flow planning.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee financing activities.
- Handle financial risk management for the organization.
- Oversee cash-flow forecasting, working-capital management, and project funding.
- Manage bank facilities, loans, letters of credit, guarantees, bid bonds, performance bonds, and advance-payment guarantees.
- Ensure compliance with local banking practices, corporate/project financing, covenants, FX and interest-rate risk.
- Maintain knowledge of local taxation regulations including Zakat, VAT, withholding tax, and related requirements.
- Support or manage Sukuk or other Sharia-compliant financing structures if required.
- Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for treasury management and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant treasury or finance experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Proven experience in contracting, construction, or a diversified holding company in the GCC, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Strong expertise in cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working-capital management, and project funding.
- Hands-on management of bank facilities, loans, letters of credit, guarantees, and bonds.
- Strong knowledge of local banking practices, corporate/project financing, covenants, FX and interest-rate risk.
- Working knowledge of local taxation regulations and requirements.
- Exposure to Sukuk or other Sharia-compliant financing structures is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or CTP are preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, reporting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
