Working Location: Solna, Sweden (Stockholm - Remote work possible but will require some traveling to Stockholm for workshops.)

Work Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre and post migration validation activities
- Support migration mapping and design activities
- Creation of migration scope blueprints
- SAP S/4HANA EAM Expertise: Experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) within S/4HANA, with prior involvement in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
- Functional Specification & Design: Translate business requirements into clear, comprehensive functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution design
- Process Knowledge & Gap Analysis: Understand maintenance processes, master data, and integration points; perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with S/4HANA capabilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to actively follow up on open actions between the SAP Migration and EAM teams
- Project Delivery & Documentation: Support project phases including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live; produce high-quality documentation ensuring alignment with project goals
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP PM processes with at least 10 years of experience in implementation or support roles
- Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations & migrations
- Solid understanding and practical experience with SAP Fiori applications
- Process understanding of standard processes in SAP PM & S/4 HANA
- Ability to communicate between business and other functional consultants
- Strong knowledge of integration flows to and from SAP systems
- Proficient in writing blueprints, understanding requirements
- Fluent in English & Swedish (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management)
- Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in agile teams, following Scrum methodologies
- Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams in cross-functional setups
- Optional: Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and understanding custom code related to SAP PM (as there are significant custom developments)
