Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise maintenance personnel across operational activities
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and workshop coordination
  • Support reliability improvement and downtime reduction initiatives
  • Manage contractors and third-party service providers
  • Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
  • Ensure maintenance and integrity information is accurately maintained within CMMS systems
  • Support root cause analysis and incident investigations
  • Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to optimise asset performance
  • Promote strong HSE standards and safe working practices across all activities

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or related discipline
  • 10+ years experience within oil and gas maintenance operations
  • Proven experience leading maintenance teams within live operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices
  • Experience using CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capability
  • Understanding of HSE standards and operational compliance requirements
  • Fluent French language skills
  • Comfortable working within multicultural and fast-paced environments
