Project Context
The Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor (DCSSV) is a senior field-based position responsible for supervising and coordinating all drilling and completion activities at the Tempa Rossa onshore field in Italy. The role requires full compliance with applicable laws, the Company's Model 231, Code of Conduct, HSE policies, and corporate procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between the Drilling and Logistics teams.
- Ensure continuous communication and reporting within the drilling organization.
- Supervise the implementation of drilling and completion programs at the wellsite.
- Direct daily operations as the operator's representative and lead well control activities when required.
- Plan and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Manage contractors and ensure services are performed in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and HSE standards.
- Verify that equipment, materials, and safety stock levels are available and fit for purpose.
- Maintain accurate operational reporting using company systems such as Wellview and Synergi.
- Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
- Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and competency assessments.
Main Objectives
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of drilling and completion operations.
- Prevent major incidents such as blowouts, spills, and loss of well integrity.
- Protect company assets and the environment.
- Minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT) and improve operational performance.
- Deliver wells on schedule and within budget.
Context: The position operates in a remote and technically demanding environment with significant operational, safety, environmental, and financial risks.
The potential impact of major incidents can exceed USD 100 million, while delays may result in production losses of approximately USD 0.5 million per day.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Drilling & Completion Supervisor.
- IWCF Well Control Level 4 certification.
- TotalEnergies RSES and Chain of Command certifications.
- Familiarity with the Wellview reporting system.
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- French and Italian language skills are considered an advantage.
- This is a highly operational and predominantly on-site role with direct responsibility for safety, wellsite execution, contractor management, and drilling performance.
