Overview
This role is with a pioneering green steel production organization constructing a new industrial plant in Northern Sweden, using technology that emits significantly less CO₂ compared to conventional steel production. You will join the Project Delivery function, responsible for delivering large-scale industrial projects and ensuring safe, high-quality execution across engineering, procurement, and construction.

What you will do
- Work as a Project Manager within the Project Delivery team, reporting to Project Delivery leadership.
- Take full responsibility for delivering assigned work packages from start to finish.
- Coordinate across internal teams and contractors to ensure delivery of scope on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive progress through structured planning and close collaboration with Project Controls.
- Manage and challenge contractors and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability.
- Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions, and escalate key issues when needed.
- Lead interface coordination across work packages to ensure aligned execution.
- Monitor progress and performance against project targets and milestones.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all phases of delivery.

- 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models.
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in matrix organizations.
- Structured problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
