Job Title: Principal Electrical Engineer - Onshore
Working Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive technical, practical, and leadership expertise at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Lead large projects, overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering design and execution.
- Guide and supervise a team of discipline engineers and designers, ensuring project deliverables meet high standards.
- Deliver detailed design, pre-FEED, and FEED activities with a focus on onshore projects within the oil and gas sector.
- Ensure compliance with engineering best practices and industry standards throughout all phases of project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 17+ years of experience in Electrical design engineering, with at least 10 years in onshore projects.
- Proven recent (minimum last 5 years) leadership experience managing teams of engineers and designers.
- Extensive experience in design disciplines including Detailed Design, Pre-FEED, and FEED activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in senior engineering roles within the oil and gas industry, particularly in large-scale onshore projects.
