Job Title: Principal Electrical Engineer - Offshore
Working Location: Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale projects within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on offshore environments.
- Direct and manage teams of discipline engineers and designers, ensuring high technical and practical standards.
- Take responsibility for detailed design, pre-FEED, and FEED engineering phases for major oil and gas projects.
- Provide strong leadership and direction throughout the engineering design process.
- Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and client project specifications.
Requirements:
- Extensive work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 17+ years of design experience (Detailed Design, PRE-FEED, FEED) within the oil and gas industry.
- At least the last 5 years spent leading a team of discipline engineers and designers.
- Deep technical, practical, and leadership experience in leading large projects.
- 17+ years in Electrical design engineering, with a minimum of 10 years in Offshore projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University.
