JOB DESCRIPTION
The scope of the role includes sorting various gas cylinders, assisting with filling, and
operating a forklift.
This position has the following tasks:
1. Customer Service and Logistics
Contact person for customers on site.
Sorting and provision of cylinders.
Processing of the delivery point business on behalf of TIG (sale of refrigerants to
collectors).
Goods issue to pick-up customers.
Telephone order acceptance and, if necessary, entry into SAP.
2. Warehouse management
Inventory management for the site (incl. inventories, bottle sorting).
Goods receipt and booking into the AP inventory (incl. propane).
Testing of the exchange bottles for suitability before taking them back.
Store products.
Store products with the help of conveyors, taking into account the type of goods,
quality, volume and weight, and transport them in the RDC.
Document storage with special software (PACT warehouse management system).
Take measures to maintain and improve quality, e.g. carry out visual inspections,
check products with best-before dates and cylinder bottles for TÜV dates.
3. Security
Implementation of the required CLT activities.
Regular maintenance of the work equipment used.
Implementation of the relevant legal and Client internal safety regulations regarding
ADR, load securing, occupational health and environmental protection laws as
instructed by the Lead Redistribution Centre.
