HRSG Erection Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced HRSG Erection Supervisor to support a short-term project in Manaus, Brazil. The role will focus on carrying out system walkdowns prior to hydrotesting, ensuring that HRSG systems are mechanically complete, correctly installed, and ready for the next stage of testing. The supervisor will work closely with the site team to identify punch items, confirm readiness, and support safe progress towards hydrotest activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system walkdowns on HRSG systems prior to hydrotesting.
- Check mechanical completion and installation status against project requirements.
- Identify, record and follow up on punch-list items.
- Confirm system readiness for hydrotest activities.
- Liaise with site erection, commissioning and client teams.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures.
- Provide progress updates and technical feedback to the project team.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong HRSG erection, mechanical completion or commissioning background.
- Previous experience supporting walkdowns and hydrotest readiness checks.
- Good understanding of HRSG systems, piping, pressure parts and site erection activities.
- Ability to work independently on a short-term site assignment.
- Portuguese language skills preferred.
- Available for urgent mobilisation.
