Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 15 years' rotating engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 10 years in offshore Oil & Gas processing projects.
- At least 8 years as a Senior Rotating Engineer on a major project and 7 years as Lead Discipline in major project design.
- Fully familiar with international design codes/standards and design review processes.
- Familiar with EPIC deliverables, equipment, design and construction progress reviews.
- Proven ability to manage a discipline engineering team in a major project environment.
- Proficient/mastery-level knowledge in rotating engineering with developed knowledge of other disciplines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Rotating Equipment engineering input into design, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of offshore facilities, ensuring technical integrity and adherence to project requirements.
- Direct technical services for Design Basis, EPIC scope preparation/execution, reviews, vendor selection, and resolution of technical issues.
- Act as project technical expert/Technical Authority and manage technical deviations according to governance requirements.
- Provide technical justification for deviations and ensure safety, design optimization, and compliance.
- Lead development of rotating equipment design scope and ensure deliverables comply with codes and project requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and interface with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualification
- HNC, HND, or Diploma in Mechanical from a recognized University with extensive offshore installation experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Relevant courses in Safety, Quality Control and Construction are advantageous.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years overall experience supervising offshore installation in EPIC projects such as platforms, jacket structures, pipelay, cable lay, construction work and material inspection.
- Strong background in reviewing construction method statements and load-out activities.
- FEED and EPIC project experience, computer literacy, and excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of offshore installation industry standards and ability to supervise a multi-national workforce.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage offshore installations, heavy lifts and non-routine installations including topsides, jackets and subsea infrastructure.
- Ensure field projects are installed per approved Scope of Work, drawings, safety and environmental requirements.
- Advise contractors on offshore heavy lifts and ensure method statement and schedule compliance.
- Attend engineering workshops and provide inputs to ensure scope compliance.

Experience
- 10 to 12 years coordinating and supervising offshore heavy lifts and installations for EPIC projects.
- Hands-on experience reviewing and approving contractor lifting plans, certificates, method statements and load-out activities.
- Excellent communication, writing skills, and knowledge of lifting industry standards.
- Strong capability to supervise a multinational workforce and identify improvement opportunities.
