Qualification

  • B.Sc. degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university; a higher degree is advantageous.
  • Membership of a relevant recognized professional engineering association/institution is preferable.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years' rotating engineering design experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 10 years in offshore Oil & Gas processing projects.
  • At least 8 years as a Senior Rotating Engineer on a major project and 7 years as Lead Discipline in major project design.
  • Fully familiar with international design codes/standards and design review processes.
  • Familiar with EPIC deliverables, equipment, design and construction progress reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage a discipline engineering team in a major project environment.
  • Proficient/mastery-level knowledge in rotating engineering with developed knowledge of other disciplines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Rotating Equipment engineering input into design, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of offshore facilities, ensuring technical integrity and adherence to project requirements.
  • Direct technical services for Design Basis, EPIC scope preparation/execution, reviews, vendor selection, and resolution of technical issues.
  • Act as project technical expert/Technical Authority and manage technical deviations according to governance requirements.
  • Provide technical justification for deviations and ensure safety, design optimization, and compliance.
  • Lead development of rotating equipment design scope and ensure deliverables comply with codes and project requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews and interface with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Project Assurance reviews/audits and prepare engineering elements for procurement activities.
  • Lead the selection and endorsement of suitable rotating technology and systems.
  • Provide engineering supervision and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR (Pos. Nos. 15.2.81)

Qualification

  • HNC, HND, or Diploma in Mechanical from a recognized University with extensive offshore installation experience in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Relevant courses in Safety, Quality Control and Construction are advantageous.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years overall experience supervising offshore installation in EPIC projects such as platforms, jacket structures, pipelay, cable lay, construction work and material inspection.
  • Strong background in reviewing construction method statements and load-out activities.
  • FEED and EPIC project experience, computer literacy, and excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge of offshore installation industry standards and ability to supervise a multi-national workforce.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage offshore installations, heavy lifts and non-routine installations including topsides, jackets and subsea infrastructure.
  • Ensure field projects are installed per approved Scope of Work, drawings, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Advise contractors on offshore heavy lifts and ensure method statement and schedule compliance.
  • Attend engineering workshops and provide inputs to ensure scope compliance.
  • Monitor and report contractor performance, equipment movements, construction slippages.

LIFTING ENGINEER (Pos. 15.2.22)

Qualification

  • B.Sc., HND or Diploma in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent discipline, with relevant safety, QC and construction courses.

Experience

  • 10 to 12 years coordinating and supervising offshore heavy lifts and installations for EPIC projects.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing and approving contractor lifting plans, certificates, method statements and load-out activities.
  • Excellent communication, writing skills, and knowledge of lifting industry standards.
  • Strong capability to supervise a multinational workforce and identify improvement opportunities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead offshore heavy lifts and installation activities including subsea work and infrastructure.
  • Ensure lifts and mobilizations comply with project and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance to contractors and approve lifting documentation.
  • Attend risk, constructability and HAZOP reviews.
  • Monitor contractor performance and identify/mitigate construction risks.
  • Review lifting plans, certificates, and method statements for compliance.
  • Support industry standard development and improvement initiatives.

QA/QC Coordinator (Pos. 15.3.4)

Qualification

  • BSc or higher in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Valid CSWIP 3.2.1 or AWS Senior Welding Inspector certificate; BGAS Grade 2 or NACE II preferred.

Experience

  • 15 years as QA/QC Coordinator or Lead for major Oil & Gas projects, with minimum 5 years offshore experience.
  • Experience with international operators/contractors, multidisciplinary QC teams, and offshore project execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate QMS activities during construction and installation phases.
  • Ensure contractor/vendor compliance with project specs and QA/QC requirements.
  • Review quality documents in document management systems and implement QA/QC plans at site.
  • Lead QC inspector teams during fabrication, construction, and installation stages.
  • Act as site QC focal point, manage technical deviations, NCRs, and corrective action implementation.
  • Monitor and report quality KPIs, and ensure proper documentation and records.

QA/QC INSPECTOR - WELDING (Pos. 15.1.6)

Experience

  • 10 years welding and NDT inspection, including 5 post-certification in Oil & Gas major projects.
  • 5 years minimum offshore project experience and expertise in multiple welding and inspection processes.

  • Participate in inspections, surveillance visits, audits, and review project QC documents.

  • 10 years as materials QC Inspector in Oil & Gas projects, with at least 5 offshore projects.
  • Expertise in pre-fabrication, installation, and inspection of various engineering materials and processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and ensure materials meet project quality plans and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in audits and material inspections across multiple disciplines.
  • Review test certificates, inspection reports, and oversee quarantine of non-conforming materials.
  • Witness laboratory tests and ensure proper storage and traceability of project materials.
  • Report non-conformances, review QC documentation, and participate in QC meetings.
