Primary Purpose

To provide support for the verification of SECE Management Processes and the Major Risks Process. Contribute to the Asset Integrity Framework by monitoring Key Performance Indicators, managing CATS actions, tracking Major Risks Management Plans, running SECE verification activities, following up on SECE Health Status, maintaining departmental documentation, and supporting budget activities. Responsible for developing and preparing the Annual HSE Major Risks & Process Safety Report as per the defined structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop all Asset Integrity required procedures in accordance with established Policies & Procedures to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Prepare relevant Asset Integrity Reports aligned with the Asset Integrity Management System framework.
  • Review and revise Asset Integrity procedures to ensure detailed, accurate, step-by-step processes with agreed standards.
  • Prepare the annual SECE verification plan and program.
  • Produce SECE verification reports for designated SECEs as per the annual program.
  • Participate in verification activities by witnessing assurance activities performed by responsible parties.
  • Guide the workforce in supporting and maintaining the Asset Integrity Management System Framework.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring the effectiveness of the SECE (Safety and Environmental Critical Element) management system.
  • Initiate and participate in risk assessment requests or re-validations to identify residual risks for Major Threats (MTs).
  • Act as the focal point for maintaining and preparing KPIs for Asset Integrity and HSE Major Risks & Process Safety Departments.
  • Provide additional support for day-to-day administration and control of SECEs, Major Threats, and risk assessment sessions as required.
  • Ensure appropriate review and input for technical documentation.
  • Manage exchange of documents with document controller, ensuring timely processing of documentation reviews.
  • Prepare Monthly/Weekly Review Meetings with the Asset Integrity Team and produce Monthly Reports.
  • Prepare inputs for Asset Integrity Review Team (AIRT) and Asset Integrity Major Risk Board (AIMRB) meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for the Corporate Action Tracking System (CATS) and other electronic tools used to create report/dashboard templates.
  • Support and comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security policies and procedures.
  • Support the preparation and revision of Departmental Budgets for UAE and Qatar as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with Asset Integrity experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
