Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree: Engineering or equivalent.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum eight (8) years' experience in Contract Award & Administration along with Planning, Control/Operations.
  • Proven experience working in challenging environments and within multinational teams.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability, creative/innovative problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Multitasking and strong prioritisation ability.
  • Self-starter with the drive and ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Resilient under pressure (internal and external).
  • Proven capacity to deal effectively with competing priorities and complex issues.
  • Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and standard contract administration programs, including but not limited to SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and administer contracts for the EPRS Division. Oversee the entire tendering process, continuously update technical specifications and requirements, enforce contractual obligations, and monitor contractor performance-including application of relevant contract provisions and liquidated damages where necessary.
  • Develop tender strategies and all related documentation for the "Tendering and Contracting" process within the EPRS Division.
  • Monitor contractor performance through periodic progress reports.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure full contractual compliance, enforcing contractual clauses and liquidated damages to assure delivery as specified in the Scope of Work.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality execution and analysis of both routine and ad-hoc contractor performance reports, including KPI tracking for monitored processes.
  • Proactively identify process issues related to contractual compliance, risks, and bottlenecks; conduct root cause analysis; propose resolutions; and assist in developing solutions and mitigation plans.
  • Review and analyse contract documents, gather and assess relevant data and information, and provide expert commentary and insights.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, revising scope of work and technical specifications for future contracts to optimise resource utilisation.
  • Take active part in planning activities (such as cost and budgeting) and related contract management efforts by creating, consolidating, and presenting insights and information to management.
