Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HCI Strategic Workforce Planning) is an added advantage
Minimum Experience:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of specialized experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, or People Analytics
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial, or project-based environments is highly preferred
Job-Specific Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in org chart maintenance, job evaluation, role profiling, and headcount planning across varied business units
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and exposure to job architecture frameworks and grading methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with HR business partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
