Team Leader - Wind Turbine Installation

Location: Europe (Germany, Poland or UK)
Contract Type: Contract
Rotation: Project Dependent

This is an excellent opportunity for senior installation professionals who have a strong technical background and proven experience leading teams on wind turbine construction and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise installation teams on site
- Plan, coordinate, and delegate daily installation activities
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OEM procedures, work instructions, and project schedules
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site requirements
- Support technicians with technical issues and installation challenges
- Monitor quality standards and project progress
- Complete project reporting and documentation
- Mentor, coach, and develop installation technicians
- Liaise with Installation Coordinators and project management teams

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Wind Turbine Technician on Enercon projects
- Strong understanding of turbine installation, mechanical assembly, and electrical works
- Experience leading installation teams on utility-scale wind projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and installation procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
