Job Purpose
This position is primarily focused on S3D installation setup, customization, management, training, and associated activities for FEED/EPC projects.

Job Scope
Responsible for working as an S3D Administrator on FEED/EPC projects, overseeing all aspects of S3D tool setup, configuration, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of S3D application server and client software
- Create, customize, and administer S3D site, plant, and catalog
- Configure batch server, name generator, IFC server, clash rules, and rule checker service
- Set up global works sharing and Citrix setup for S3D
- Multi-discipline catalog creation, symbol customization, and custom name rules
- Customize S3D support library using Visual Studio
- Customize deliverables such as multidisciplinary layout drawings, isometrics, and custom reports
- Provide multi-discipline S3D user support and training
- Support setup of Integrated Environment as per project requirement
- Prepare required project procedures based on client/project needs
- Create discipline-wise hierarchy and Project Breakdown Structures as per project and client requirements
- Perform necessary customizations and configurations for S3D
- Publish and retrieve data to/from S3D, SPID, and integrated environments
- Assist users with publishing and retrieving data and resolving correlation issues
- Prepare 3D model review datasets and participate in client review meetings
- Interface with internal IT and software vendors for S3D related matters
- Handle project audits and data handover to the client
Requirements
- Must Have:
- Engineering degree
- Extensive experience in S3D administration and customization
- Proficiency in customizing S3D using Dot Net programming (VB, C#)
- Understanding of engineering data flow in multi-discipline FEED/EPC projects
- 13 to 16 years of relevant FEED/EPC work experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in:
- Pipe support customization using Visual Studio
- Symbol customization using Visual Studio
- Drawing, report, and label customization
- Working with integrated engineering environments - retrieval, correlation, publishing
- Nice to Have:
- Management experience
- Background in the oil and gas business
- Familiarity with engineering design tools and environments
- Experience with AVEVA E3D

- Providing expert support and training to stakeholders and project teams
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with client/data handover requirements
