We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager (Commissioning) for a short-term assignment in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site commissioning activities, acting as the main point of contact with the customer, and overseeing site personnel involved in the commissioning of Cummins generators.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate on-site commissioning activities for Cummins generator packages
Act as the primary interface between the site team and the customer
Oversee and supervise workers carrying out commissioning works on site
Ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project schedules
Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues to maintain programme delivery
Provide site leadership and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Ensure commissioning works are carried out in accordance with project requirements and quality standards
Report on site progress, risks, and any technical or operational concerns
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a Site Manager, Commissioning Manager, or similar site leadership role
Strong background in the commissioning of generator systems, ideally Cummins generators
Experience in customer management and stakeholder coordination on live sites
Ability to supervise commissioning teams and drive safe, timely delivery of works
Strong organisational and communication skills
Previous international site experience would be advantageous
