Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of offshore projects, ensuring safe, profitable and timely execution while managing client relationships, project strategy, commercial performance and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Overall accountability for project delivery, HSE, quality, schedule and cost.
- Lead project execution strategy, resource planning and risk management.
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor commercial performance, budgets and change management.
- Drive project readiness, execution and close-out activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- 20+ years in Oil and Gas / Offshore projects.
- Extensive project leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
