Job Title: Loadout and Marine Coordinator

Role Purpose
Coordinate and supervise loadout, transportation, and sailaway readiness activities at fabrication yards.
Key Responsibilities
- Witness and verify loadout operations
- Review lifting, rigging, and sea-fastening arrangements
- Coordinate with marine, fabrication, and project teams
- Monitor compliance with approved procedures
- Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure offshore readiness prior to sailaway
Requirements
- Engineering or offshore construction background
- Experience with loadout, marine operations, or offshore installation projects
