Head of Camps (Operations and Maintenance / Catering)
Location: Qatar Onshore - RaslaffanContract Type: 36 months
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g. Humanities or Business) or Engineering.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ten (10) years' experience with large projects in the Oil & Gas Industry, including two (2) years in a supervisory role, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Experience in a major project environment within the oil and gas industry in Camp Operations and Maintenance, preferably as a Camp Boss or equivalent position.
- Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
- Thorough understanding of international systems to prevent food safety issues (HACCP).
- Proven direct-team leadership and experience providing leadership to a community of multiple contractors, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
