Commissioning Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Qatar OffshoreContract Type: Contract role until 16/01/2028
Work Schedule: 29/27 rotation, 12 hours per day
Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of commissioning experience gained in brownfield modifications to oil and gas or similar facilities, including offshore experience
- Majority of experience should be within a multi-cultural environment
- Good command of written and spoken English
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce commissioning dossiers for use offshore by the operations commissioning team
- Accountable for technical standards and the application of internationally acceptable engineering practices to ensure plant and equipment are commissioned in an effective and safe manner
