Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute turnover and acceptance completions systems for large Oil and Gas projects.
- Build and oversee completions databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Lead the development of check sheet systems, including creation and allocation of check sheets.
- Write pre-commissioning and commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.
- Supervise and provide oversight for construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, and hook-up activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Effectively coordinate activities and supervise service or vendor personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with large construction projects within the Oil and Gas industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role or experience overseeing service/vendor personnel.
- Advanced knowledge of turnover, acceptance systems, and completions software, with significant expertise in building completions databases.
- Demonstrated experience in project completions and systemization.
- Familiarity with the development and use of commissioning documents and methods.
- Background in working with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of relevant design standards, safety criteria, and construction codes.
- Understanding of offshore/onshore facilities, structures, and/or yard operations as relevant to project scope.
- Knowledge of risk factors and execution methods for sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Experience in large-scale operating organizations in roles related to Operations, Projects, or Subsurface.
