CSA Engineer
Location: SwedenContract Type: Contract Position
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications, quality standards, and approved documentation.
- Support the project quality process by coordinating inspections, tracking documentation, and assisting with the timely close-out of quality-related items.
- Liaise with subcontractors to review progress, resolve site issues, and ensure activities are completed in accordance with programme requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Attend project coordination, planning, engineering, progress, and handover meetings.
- Review technical drawings and collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor installation quality across civil, structural, and architectural works, identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, productivity, and adherence to project requirements.
- Coordinate interfaces between multiple trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Promote high standards of health, safety, housekeeping, and site organisation while ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved methodologies and risk assessments.
- Assist in tracking progress against programme milestones and identifying potential risks to delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
- Minimum 3 years' experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience delivering CSA packages including civils, building envelope, structural works, and fit-out.
- Experience within mission-critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, semiconductor, energy, or data centre projects would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Schedule
3 Week Rotation:
Week 1: Early morning flight to arrive on site no later than noon on Monday. (Monday 12pm - 4pm & Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 4pm)
Week 2: Monday to Saturday (Monday - Saturday 7am - 4pm)
Week 3: Monday to Wednesday (Monday - Tuesday 7am - 4pm & Wednesday 7am - 11:30am)
Travel home Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
