Technical Support Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur)

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur, specifically in Puchong, Selangor

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product design team to determine product testing parameters.
- Write, create, and update test plans and develop test cases for products in line with software and hardware enhancement and development cycles.
- Ensure all tests and procedures comply with company and industry standards.
- Oversee software and hardware readiness to ensure products are fully functional and ready for sale to customers.
- Develop testing automation procedures and programs in alignment with the product development cycle.
- Prepare and maintain testing automation procedure documentation for technicians.
- Prepare test reports for team leaders.

Requirements:
- Recognized degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of technical support and testing for hardware and software products.
- Familiarity with Niagara Framework, Building Automation, and Analytics Technologies.
- Understanding of instrumentation sensors and field communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, etc.
- Skills in programming languages such as C++ and Python are an advantage.
- Solid understanding of TCP/Networking and relevant protocols.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- Location: Solutions Hub at IOI Rio, Lebuh Puteri, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong, Selangor
