Systems Completion Coordinator
Working Location: Onshore (Ras Laffan/Doha HQ), QatarContract Type: Three (3) years initial contract with possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 8-10 hours per day, Sunday to Thursday
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 6 years' multi-disciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry, including systems completion management and project interface/coordination.
- Experience managing systems completion databases and coordinating with multiple parties to ensure project deliverables are met.
Technical and Business Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with various project systems completion databases/software, with the ability to monitor, retrieve, and present data.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure systems completion requirements are incorporated during FEED in the ORP's for projects under the department's scope (CAT I-III).
- Coordinate and align project-specific systems completion procedures with handover procedures regarding milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Assist the Completions & Handover Lead in drafting, reviewing, resolving comments, and approving ORP's.
- Maintain access to and monitor the Completion Management System (software and database) for multiple projects, reporting status as required.
- Coordinate the availability of resources for participation in systems completion activities such as walkthroughs, inspections, check sheet completion, and punch list generation and close-out.
- Ensure high-quality punch description submissions, timely close-out and verification, and due diligence regarding punch list dilution in line with requirements.
- Ensure timely review and approval of commissioning and start-up (RFSU) dossiers and certificates by relevant resources.
- Provide input to weekly and monthly reports regarding systems completion status and deliverables.
- Ensure development and implementation of project-specific commissioning procedures, work packs, and Turnover and Completion Packages (TCP's) in accordance with systems completion procedures and guidelines.
