Key Responsibilities
- Handle software packages in Configuration Manager (CM) and Intune, deploying based on Active Directory groups.
- Wrap MSI and .EXE files into scripted solutions (software packages) that meet organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application management through the internal service desk ticket system.
- Engage in discussions with application users, application owners, and external vendors as needed.
- Execute routine Windows patch management and cleanup tasks in the client and SCCM environment.
- Support development and project work within the team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in software packaging, deployment/distribution across domains, and managing stakeholder requirements at an enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated skill and experience with PowerShell scripting and packaging tools such as InstallShield, Master Packager, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows OS client management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to thrive in an international environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
