Work Schedule

14 x 14 rotation (12 hours per day). During the onboarding period (1-2 weeks), consultants may be required to work Monday to Friday instead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of defective fall-arrestors
  • Cleaning of offshore assets using jet/power washer (includes boat landings, etc.)
  • Keeping records of offshore structures for bird guano accumulation
  • Assisting with generator maintenance, fuelling, and removal
  • Installation and removal of reflectors to support installation vessels
  • Maintenance and replacement of defective aviation and temporary navigation lights on assets
  • Conducting site walk-downs and checks as directed by Construction Manager
  • Inspection and certification of hook-on points
  • Assisting with fuelling of vessels
  • Removal of waste from structures
  • Cleaning mould/mildew and removing water from inside transition pieces (TPs)
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks (both onshore and offshore)
  • General yard duties, including manual handling, to support the Harbour Site Supervisor

Extra tasks (where agreed and budgeted):

  • Conducting walk down/handover inspections on foundations, wind turbine generators, transition pieces, etc.
  • Checking, maintaining, and replacing damaged items on offshore structures such as gate pins and latches
  • Assisting with fitting of locks and chains during commissioning
  • Servicing, repairing, refuelling, and removing foundation generators
  • Performing confined space work
  • Installing and removing prisms
  • Removing navigation lights
  • Installing and removing internal sacrificial anodes

Requirements

  • Completion of GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
  • BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS (applicable from November 2026, once helicopter transport is available)
  • OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step
  • Polish forklift and crane operator certificates (preferred)

Project-specific requirements - to be completed before starting:
Polish Occupational Health Assessment (badania medycyny pracy)
HSE training certification (BHP)
