Work Schedule

14 x 14 rotation (12 hours per day). During onboarding (1-2 weeks), consultants may be asked to work Monday to Friday instead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of defective fall-arrestors
  • Cleaning of offshore assets using jet/power washer (includes boat landings, etc.)
  • Keeping records of offshore structures for bird guano
  • Assisting with generator maintenance, fuelling, and removal
  • Installation and removal of reflectors (in support of installation vessels)
  • Maintenance and replacement of defective Aviation/Temporary Navigation lights on assets
  • Conducting site walk-downs and checks as directed
  • Inspection and certification of hook-on points
  • Assisting with fuelling of vessels
  • Removal of waste from structures
  • Cleaning mould/mildew and removing water from inside the TPs
  • Ad-hoc tasks, both onshore and offshore
  • General yard duties, including manual handling in support of Harbour Site Supervisor

Additional tasks (where agreed and budgeted):

  • Walk down/handover inspection on Foundation, WTG, TPs, etc.
  • Checking, maintaining, and replacing damaged items on offshore structures (e.g. gate pins, latches)
  • Assisting with fitting of locks and chains during commissioning
  • Servicing, repairing, re-fuelling, and removing foundation generators
  • Confined space work
  • Installation and removal of prisms
  • Removal of navigation lights
  • Install and removal of internal sacrificial anodes

Requirements

  • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
  • BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS (applicable from November 2026, once helicopter transport is available)
  • OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step
  • Polish forklift and crane operator certificates preferred

Project-specific requirements (to be completed prior to work start):

  • Polish Occupational Health Assessment (badania medycyny pracy)
  • HSE training certification - BHP
