Site Supervisor
Location: TanzaniaAssignment Type: Residential
Contract Length: 4 Month Assignment with possibility of extension
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Role Overview
The Site Supervisor supports the Site Manager by supervising daily on-site activities and ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, procedures, and quality standards.
- Update daily progress and support preparation of weekly timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and immediate correction of unsafe acts.
- Coordinate resources and tools required for daily activities.
- Support Site Manager in reporting, inspections, and coordination meetings.
- Participate in installation works when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in site supervision on construction or industrial projects.
- Technical background in electrical or mechanical installation.
- Good understanding of site safety requirements.
- Ability to work under supervision and communicate clearly with site teams.
