Senior Methods Engineer

Job Purpose
Independently develop and refine project execution methodologies during tendering and project delivery phases. Ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed method statements and construction sequences for marine and civil works.
- Analyse tender documents and identify technical challenges and solutions.
- Collaborate with proposal and planning teams to integrate methodology with cost and schedule.
- Conduct technical reviews and participate in client clarifications and handover meetings.
- Support offshore operations and provide engineering input during execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in project planning or construction management are an asset.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marine or civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in method development and tender engineering.
- Technical expertise in dredging, reclamation, and marine construction.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic preferred; other languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visual Basic, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
- UAE Driving License.
