Job Title: Project Manager
Working Location: Habshan

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Department: Project Management
Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full support and commitment to meet all HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental) goals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Advise management team on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, and profit centre management.
- Establish and maintain the roles and responsibilities for the Department Managers.
- Ensure the maintenance of a positive cash flow for all projects.
- Improve accounts receivable conditions and as a minimum meet contractual requirements.
- Responsible for cost management, project controls, engineering, construction, reporting and monitoring, and people management.
- Direct and coordinate all activities related to operations to achieve company targets within the policies, procedures, and authorities.
- Work in coordination with Project Engineering Manager / Deputy Engineering Manager, Project Controls Manager, Project Procurement Manager, Project Quality Manager, Project HSE Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
- University Degree / Diploma in Engineering

Experience:
- 20+ years' experience with a minimum of 10+ years in EPC environment
- Extensive experience in engineering and construction work processes and activity sequence
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mandatory Competencies:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) as well as with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint

Behavioral Competencies:
- Critical decision making
