Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects in offshore oil and gas environments, spanning installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, shut down, brownfield works, and commissioning.
- Act as the Company Site Representative Offshore Lead, providing day-to-day management and leadership for service or vendor personnel.
- Ensure adherence to project scopes and safety standards, including design standards, codes, and criteria relating to offshore installations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
- Work closely with contractors and service companies to deliver successful execution of offshore construction and project works.
- Maintain operational readiness and execution quality within large operating organizations, and oversee all phases of project lifecycle from mobilization to completion.
Requirements:
- High School diploma (12 years of study).
- At least 8 years of experience working on large construction projects, specifically within the oil and gas industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
- Direct experience with oil and gas companies, heavy offshore execution contractors, or service companies.
- In-depth understanding of standards and safety measures related to fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, commissioning, and hook-up.
- Comprehensive knowledge of offshore facilities, structures, and their operations.
- Familiarity with execution methods and risk management associated with offshore and LNG project work.
- Experience working in operations, projects, or subsurface disciplines within sizable organizations.
