Project Engineering Manager
Role Purpose
Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines to deliver detailed design, procurement support, and field engineering within schedule, budget, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the engineering team across home and satellite offices as well as external engineering and HSE consultants throughout the full project duration until project completion.
- Ensure FEED validation, execution of site surveys, and control of design changes (DCA/TQ).
- Coordinate with original equipment manufacturers, vendors, and project interfaces.
- Approve engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with relevant engineering and design standards.
- Oversee the engineering schedule, risk register, and documentation of lessons learnt.
- Support procurement processes, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews.
- Liaise effectively with construction and commissioning managers to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Over 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years as an Engineering Manager in EPC brownfield environments.
- Strong knowledge of power systems, control systems, and relevant industry standards.
- PMP certification preferred.
