OEM Vendor Coordinator
Role Purpose
Manage all interactions with Original Equipment Manufacturers for modifications, I/O mapping, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate modifications for GCP/TCP systems to ensure proper synchronization with relevant vendors.
- Schedule OEM visits for relay configuration, involving multiple industry leaders.
- Liaise for DCS gateway and I/O mapping with control system providers.
- Manage vendor interfaces for UPS and APFC systems.
- Track OEM deliverables and ensure timely site presence during plant shutdowns.
- Facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) in collaboration with OEMs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years in vendor coordination on EPC brownfield projects.
- Proficiency with leading vendor lists and strong understanding of OEM contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and scheduling skills.
