MEP Superintendent
Location: TexasKey Responsibilities
- Lead and enforce a zero-injury culture by executing strict site safety protocols.
- Coordinate specialized manpower, heavy machinery, and critical material deliveries daily.
- Build, track, and communicate detailed short-interval schedules to meet project milestones.
- Conduct daily hazard assessments to mitigate risks and document field resolutions.
- Track daily field costs, approve trade timesheets, and log production quantities.
- Inspect technical installations to ensure work meets rigorous data center specifications.
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings to align schedules and resolve field issues.
- Utilize LEAN construction principles to maximize field efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Review shop drawings, identify design conflicts, and implement RFI solutions.
- Determine optimal equipment mix and building phases for complex infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and adjust site environmental and dust control systems.
- Identify out-of-scope field conditions and contribute to change management logs.
- Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback to craft teams.
- Support preconstruction planning and regional business development as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising large-scale, complex construction technologies and methods in data center or heavy industrial environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various project sites across Texas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to direct diverse field teams.
