MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS
JOB DIMENSIONS
Manage all electrical activities on MZLNG plant for conducting Maintenance efficiently and ensuring the technical integrity and required availability of equipment's.

ACTIVITIES
Ensure safety of personnel, environment protection, and the technical integrity of equipment's in his domain of activities, implement HSE rules and follow procedures.

During project phase:
- Develop the preventive Electrical maintenance plans and adjust frequencies and tasks.
- Supervise and ensure the coherence of the scheduling of all Electrical work requests.
- Review documentation, procedures, safety manual and other related documents from engineering.
- Produce new procedures as necessary, in line with Company Maintenance Policy.
- Validate and approve maintenance procedures, ensure procedures are in line with Company Maintenance Policy and implemented.
- Analyse spare part lists provided by vendors and maintenance engineering contractor.
- Ensure that adequate provision is made for the availability of spare parts and materials for all maintenance works.
- Comment all engineering documents and provide return of experience to engineering.

During Operation phase:
- Provide necessary guidance and technical expertise for all Electrical maintenance operations to achieve maintenance of facilities at minimum cost.
- Coordinate contract site Electrical activities, ensure compliance with contract deliverables, quality, safety and performance.
- Coordinate development of technical work scope of contracts, review documents, and give recommendations for contractor's pre-qualification.
- Supervise vendors, participate in development of technical work scope of contracts.
- Make sure backups of last versions are done and archived as per planning in safe place for all the Electrical control systems, PLCs and packages.
- Initiate and implement Electrical modification proposals, through Management of Change system.
- Give inputs for Electrical discipline to maintain Asset Reference Plan (ARP).
- Provides site technological watch for electrical discipline using exchanges with HQ.

- Manage development of employees and especially Nationals to obtain maximum performance for the company.
- Participate at the identification of training needs and ensure the proper implementation of approved training development programs within his department.

HSE Responsibilities:
- Adhere to HSE and Company policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures.
- Promote continuously safety culture inside Maintenance Department.
- Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behaviour for himself and others.
- Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance.
- Support to maintain and continually improve ISO 14001 Environment Management System requirements and other management initiatives.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Localization: Milan for Engineering phase, then Afungi Site in rotation
- Responsible for preparing all electrical subjects for operation phase, starting-up and operation of the asset.
- Key interface with all electrical aspects of project and operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Electrical readiness and assurance.
- Select and prepare all electrical spare parts and tools (10M$) for maintenance activities.
- Prepare Start Up on the electrical side - including all procedures, tests, sequences, trainings, qualifications...

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of higher education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience

Experience:
- Minimum 20 years specific maintenance experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
- Minimum 10 years in LNG producing plants, not LNG terminals

Technical:
- Excellent knowledge of Variable Speed Drives, Gas Turbine Generator and Emergency Diesel Generator systems, transformers, protections, boards and drawers
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical equipment, systems integration and methods.
- Excellent knowledge of International electrical safety systems standards (including ATEX / IECEx)

- Excellent knowledge of international applicable codes & standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, EN, NEMA MG1 &2, ISO related to electrical machinery and environment)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Power, instrument, and earthing transformers across two LNG trains. Dielectric oil analysis programme, dissolved gas analysis (DGA) per IEC 60599, tap changer maintenance
- Manage development of employees and especially Nationals; identify training needs
- Functional Safety (IEC 61511 / IEC 61508) Participation in SIL determination studies and LOPA for electrical SIS elements. Proof-test planning for safety instrumented functions (SIF) involving electrical actuators and circuit breakers
- Gas Turbine Generators (GTG) Frame-7 / Trent 60 class GTGs driving main refrigeration compressors. Excitation systems, AVR tuning, load-sharing between parallel units, black-start capability
- Electrical Test Equipment Competency in use and calibration of: HV test sets, relay test kits (OMICRON), power quality analysers, transformer turns ratio (TTR) testers, contact resistance meters
- Electrical Area Classification (EAC) Management Maintain and update EAC drawings (hazardous area drawings) across project lifecycle. Manage deviations and technical queries (TQs) with FEED contractor and company standards
- Protection Relay Management Relay setting registers, coordination studies, firmware version control. COMTRADE event record analysis. Primary injection testing during commissioning
- ATEX / IECEx Certification Zone 0/1/2 and Zone 20/21/22 area classification on LNG liquefaction trains. Ex d, Ex e, Ex i, Ex n equipment selection, inspection frequency per IEC 60079-17, ATEX certification management and repair procedures
- SCADA & Electrical Monitoring Integrated Control & Safety System (ICSS) Honeywell Experion PKS. Power Management System (PMS) for load-shedding and islanding protection. SCADA KPIs monitoring
- International Electrical Standards Excellent knowledge of IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, EN, NEMA MG1&2, ISO
- Motor Protection & Control Numerical relays (Schneider P14x, ABB REF615 series). Differential, overcurrent, earth-fault, locked-rotor, thermal overload setting coordination
- Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG) Safe-shutdown power supply for ESD, F&G;, emergency lighting, and critical instrumentation. Automatic start testing, NFPA 110 / IEC 60034 compliance, black-out sequence verification
- UPS / DC Systems Battery banks for safety-critical loads (ESD, F&G;, turbine controls). Capacity testing, float vs. boost regimes, IEEE 450 / IEC 62133 compliance
- PLC / DCS for Electrical Systems Ensure backups of last versions for all Electrical control systems and PLCs
- CMIMS / SAP PM Ensure coherence of scheduling of all Electrical work requests
