Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced HR Manager to lead and deliver the people strategy within a dynamic and growing organisation. This role acts as a key business partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that support organisational performance, employee engagement, and a high-performing workplace culture.

You will oversee both strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring effective implementation of policies, systems, and processes while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to share best practices and ensure consistency
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related matters

Workforce Planning & Talent Management

  • Lead workforce planning and headcount management aligned with business needs
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Advise on organisational design and structure

Performance Management

  • Drive performance management processes and promote a high-performance culture
  • Support managers in handling performance issues, coaching, and development planning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support development of compensation frameworks
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and reward strategies

Organisational Development

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen organisational culture and promote company values

Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement development programmes
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes

HR Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Maintain HR systems, documentation, and audit-ready records
  • Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and payroll coordination

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or generalist roles
  • Proven experience managing both strategic and operational HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and organisational development practices
  • Experience leading change and driving HR transformation initiatives
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
